Study tour group

STUDY TOURS

English language study tours are a fun and effective way to learn or improve your spoken English. Students have English language classes in the morning and an interesting fun learning activity in the afternoon.

At Excel we can plan and build a programme for any length of study with a variety of activities. With many years experience in running study tours we know we can build a programme to suit your needs.

MORNING ENGLISH CLASSES

These can either be CLOSED classes where the students have their own progrParaguyan groupamme designed specifically for them around their English level and needs or can be OPEN classes where they join our regular General English classes. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. We recommend younger students to have CLOSED classes as they will learn at a level and have lessons more closely aligned to their needs.

AFTERNOON CLASSES / ACTIVITIES

The afternoon can be English classes, activities or a mixture of both. The activities are designed to be both fun and educational. A number of the activities also allow the students to experience something of the NZ lifestyle.

If the group has a particular interest ie. gardening, golf, child care, travel, viticulture etc, the activities (and lessons) can also be planned around this. Activities can include the following:

Canoeing

Farm visit
Jetboating
Laser Strike

Ice skating

OFF CAMPUS PROGRAMMES
EXCEL English College is also able to organise programmes at local high schools. The students have English language lessons in the morning and then join the local students in their classes in the afternoon. They may also participate in activities throughout the programme. The programme is built specifically for each group.
