We understand that studying English is not the only reason that students choose to travel abroad to learn. English students want to participate in and experience the culture they choose to study in. For this reason here at Excel we offer students the opportunity to experience life on a farm. You will have the opportunity to see new lambs in spring, help with feeding the sheep and other animals and help with the daily work on the farm.

The stays can be from one night through to an entire week and can be arranged anytime during or after your study. Some of the things you will be able to experience are:

• Education about Farming in New Zealand in English
  
• Seeing, touching and hand feeding many friendly animals
  
• Helping with the daily work on the Farm
  
• The beautiful mountains, scenery and native bush of New Zealand
  
• Horse riding and the care of horses
  
• Canoeing on the lake
  
• Spinning - using wool from the sheep to make garments
  
• Playing golf
  
• Seeing the beautiful bright stars in the clear night sky
  
• Hosts who enjoy meeting and interacting with people from many different cultures.

One week = 5 nights and 6 days  Cost $950.00

A weekend = 1 night and 2 days    Cost $300.0
A long weekend = 2 nights and 2 days.  Cost $350.00
