The college collects and stores information from its enrolment form to comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, New Zealand Qualifications Authority and Tertiary Education Commission. In addition where required by law the College releases information to Government Agencies such as the New Zealand Police and the New Zealand Immigration Service. In submitting this enrolment form you give permission for the College to release such information on the unerstanding that the College will observe the requirements governing the release of information as set out in the Privacy Act of 1993.
